Cecilia stands at five foot, six inches(5'6") and weighs sixty kg or one hundred thirty-three pounds. Cecilia has a toned, slender physique giving her the optimal look for a girl her age, maybe even a little lacking to some people. It would be impossible to mistake Cecilia as an adult by just look at her physique. Factor in the air she gives off and her usually stern facial expression then it might be possible to mistake her for an adult. She has noticeable muscles that she gained from her training throughout her childhood. Her muscles aren't to the point of over-excessive but they are very defined. Despite having a toned, slender physique there are subtle curves to her figure giving her some womanly charm. Cecilia has golden locks of hair that she usually wears in a ponytail or a bun. Cecilia's hair when measured goes a little past her shoulder blades. Cecilia has dazzling, green eyes that allow her to take in her surroundings. She has a feminine face that makes people think of her as an elegant beauty. She is usually seen wearing a serious expression, but this doesn't mean that she lacks other emotions or facial expressions. She carries herself with confidence and walks with grace. Due to her seriousness she even comes off as intimidating to some.

Cecilia's choice of casual wear would be her suit. Yet this is only for whenever she is somewhere public. She prefers her suit for a variety of reasons, one being that is helps her conceal the body armor that she wears underneath it. Along with her suit she wears wrist length black gloves. While she may wear the occasional skirt or dress this would usually be done whenever she is relaxing. Even in public she tends to be on guard whenever she is out in public hence why she wears her suit and body armor.

Personality:
Cecilia doesn't have the same air that a teenager her age would. She has a more serious and elegant air around her. Cecilia doesn't have a strong connection to religion as much as other church members. Even though, as a child, Father Melvin would constantly rant to her about Christianity. What she lacks in religion she makes up with her hatred for supernatural creatures. She has a strong hatred for supernatural creatures, believing that the world would be a better place without them. Most would even say that her hatred is greater than most church members. She had given up trying to live a normal childhood just to purse supernatural entities. Cecilia is a good natured person, despite her occasional smart ass moments, she helps out those who request for her help. Whenever somebody asks help from Cecilia she finds it hard to decline them. Even if she can be rude and stern she's a kind person deep down. Cecilia has a unusually strong resolve, when she puts her mind to something rest assured that it'll get done. She put herself under stressful training just to hunt monsters in order to cleanse the world. She is fearless whenever it comes to anything. She is the one who'll charge in without a hint of fear in her eyes. To her friends she is loyal, choosing to bear anything for the sake of those who she cherishes.

Cecilia seems to have an air of elegance around her, making her seem more refined than people her age. Yet this expectation is betrayed whenever somebody ends up seeing the worse side of her. Most of the time she can be found having a solemn expression on her face, unless she's around somebody that is special to her then somebody can see more of her emotions. Cecilia is somebody that takes her job seriously, she doesn't tolerate herself or anybody else slacking on the job. Even though she's serious most of the time she can throw a joke around, albeit she'll be sarcastic about it. She can be both modest and pleasant or rude and sarcastic. She treats people of higher standing with respect, usually being modest and overall being more pleasant than she can be. While she treats some people, namely those who gets on her nerves, with disdain and with sarcasm in her tone. Even if they don't get on her nerves, Cecilia naturally is just a smart ass. Cecilia despises chicken, whatever kind it may be. She refuses to even be in the presence of chicken and her body refuses to take in chicken. Her hatred of chicken steams back to her past in the orphanage.

History:
Cecilia was an only child born in a small countryside town in Russia. Her mother was German whilst her father was Russian. She was a happy child, enjoying her days at school and coming home to a loving family. A family called the Kozlov moved into the small countryside town. Cecilia soon became good friends with their daughter Abby. Abby and Cecilia were in the same class and often chatted together and even spent the night at each other's house. From what Cecilia could tell Abby's family was kind as well. Yet Cecilia didn't know the baggage that Abby's family carried and the consequences that occur from being near people with baggage. It was September 9th when Cecilia was eight years old. Cecilia was happy for career day, all the parents were coming in to talk about their various professions. Abby's father ran the orphanage that he managed to get after the old lady who ran it past away the year before. While both Cecilia and Abby's moms worked as nurses for the only hospital in town. While Cecilia's father worked as the veterinarian. A most unfortunate accident had happened. Cecilia was standing beside her parents when they gently tugged on her shirt. They told her to go to the car and fetch her mother's phone. That she did, she ran out to the car only to hear a roar come from behind her. It caught her off guard and she slowly turned around to see the school ablaze. She was confused, why was the school on fire? Was she dreaming? But the sounds of the roaring flames differed.

Cecilia tried to rush into the blazing flames only to be sent backwards due to the heat of the flames. She cried out, yet nobody came. Needless to say she couldn't enter the building and soon help came. The firefighters were unexpectedly quick on the scene. Soon enough the fire was out, Cecilia was taken away, and the few survivors that remained was rushed to the hospital. Cecilia was waiting at the hospital to see if her parents was okay. Soon enough a nurse came to her and told her to come with him quickly. After being escorted by the nurse she saw her father laying on a bed, a variety of machines connected to him. He looked awful, his face was pale and he looked as if holding him would break him. There he told Cecilia to come closer, which she did. She gave her a number, not just any number, a number to one of his best friends place. There she could stay without a problem, he was sure of it. Cecilia took that number to heart, she made sure that she wouldn't forget it. With a nod of her head her father's heart final went to rest. Of course like any child would do she busted out in tears. It was then that the nurse chose to escort Cecilia out in the room.

With the days to come Cecilia's heart didn't heal. To Cecilia's knowledge the orphanage was also burnt down, it was burnt down an hour before the school's demise. Luckily for them everyone was still wary and they were able to quickly jump on the scene whenever somebody reported the school catching on fire. Cecilia along with kids that weren't taken in by their relatives were going to stay in an orphanage in the next town over. Even though they stay that it's the next town over the orphanage seems to be a place by itself. It was rather large and rested a fair distance away from the town. With that set the group of children were driven to the orphanage. When there the adults left Cecilia and the others in the capable hands of the people who run the orphanage. But with the disappearance of the adults who escorted the children there, their aura changed. They appeared more imposing, the kindness that they had earlier left them. They terrified the children and started to shout at them, telling them to get into the orphanage. They didn't move an inch, each one of the children was scared. One of the adults grabbed Cecilia's collar and simply dragged her in and the others followed that one's lead. With this marked the children's newest hell.

It had been two years now since Cecilia had came to the orphanage. She was absolutely terrified. The adults had turned out to be people of the supernatural kind. They could hear the whispers among the children, they could easily overpower them, and they were inhumane. They regarded the human children as insects, people that need to only exist to serve them. The orphanage of course had to keep it's image as a 'normal' orphanage up so they had children to adopt as well. But these children were those of the supernatural kind and they were treated nicely by the adults of the orphanage.

Name: Consecrated Weapon (Sword)
Rank: E
Description: Weapons used by the Church's Hunters. They are usually in the hands of a Clergyman as Apostles have their Holy Relics instead. These weapons are blessed with the holiness of the Lord and are used to deal actual damage on supernatural entities; as most conventional weapons have little effect. Contact with these blessed objects may slow down a vampire's regeneration capabilities and could end their life with a well-placed attack. The sword has a blue hilt with a bright yellow guard. The guard's shape is unusual looking as well, resembling a half circle. The sword is that of a broadsword with a silver blade. At the base of the blade it has a picture of a yellow cross inside a pentagon. The sheath for the sword is golden with a blue 'x' forming near the tip. The sword's total length is three feet. Sword

Name: Body Armor

Description: A protective ballistic vest which is worn over the chest and torso; typically bearing the Church’s insignia across the chest in a grandiose manner. While still somewhat tough, it does not mean that they are going to be completely protected from the real monsters in the supernatural world. At best covers the internals and important organs while leaving the limbs unprotected for maximum mobility. As the Church takes pride in being very recognizable and intimidating, this armor is only used in duties that are acknowledged as especially dangerous by the organization – they would much rather their work is known as that of the Church’s to the public courtesy of their iconic garb and weaponry; the more blatantly so the better.

Description: Basic radio assigned to each unit to communicate with the administration and control of the operation. Typically it is designed as a wireless earpiece receiver and microphone combination, but often lower ranking members end up with older generation equipment such as ones that rely on hip-mounted controls and batteries. These radios work off of a variety of radio channels used by the Church, but are able to pick up other channels perfectly fine. Ideally they can pick up transmissions from about 30km around in an urban environment; but in a clear area they can pick up transmissions at a range of around 40km.

Uniforms:

Name: Religious Vesture
Description: Cecilia prefers to wear the cassock outfit over the nun outfit which is the selective female choice. The attire is common to members of the church and she often wears a golden necklace with it as well. She usually wears her body armor underneath her uniform like most members of the church do.



Skills:

Name: Melee Weaponry (Sanctified Blades of Michael)
Description: This allows Cecilia to wield melee weapons with skill and precision. This is a basic Special Fighting Style taught by the church. While not as popular as the Archangel's Iron wings it focuses more on the melee weapon combat portion of it. The style is compatible with melee weapons but the usual choices are weapons that are meant to slash or pierce(spears, halberds, swords, axes, etc). Cecilia uses this style as the basis of her swordsmanship.

Name: Gymnastics
Description: This skill combines flexibility, muscle condition, balance, and agility. She is able to preform flips, twirls, and able to maximum her body's agility and flexibility. She has excellent muscle condition and is able to keep her balance easier than most others. Higher ranks of this skill allows Cecilia to do more impossible feats like doing several cartwheels whilst dodging swords or stuff of the sorts.

Description: The point where one's Faith can be realized through the Church's Sacraments, Rites, and other means of combating the supernatural through the Church's way. While not exactly mirroring a member's actual "faith", it is a quality that gives them power that can be harnessed. This is required for every member of the Church in order to use Sacraments/Rites or even Holy Relics.

Description: The capacity of one's ability to resist mental interferences. It should not be confused with Bravery as that ability is more focused on persevering through fear. Where fear could still be a factor in which this ability may not be able to cope with.

Name: Falling Swallow
Incantation: None
Description: Cecilia jumps a few feet off the ground and delivers a downward slash towards her designated target. Thanks to her excellent muscle coordination and how well practiced this technique is the force that it carries is more than any novice could muster. One of Cecilia's more offensive techniques due to the raw strength it has.

Name: Retreating Swallow
Incantation: None
Description: A technique that allows Cecilia to quickly change directions with her strike. Say if she was doing a right sided diagonal strike she could then change it so that it would be a horizontal slice confusing the target. This allows her to effectively confuse a target about where she is going to hit and if they aren't quick enough they would be sure to be sliced.

Incantation: None
Description: By applying energy to her legs Cecilia can use that as a extra gain of momentum. With the energy she uses it as a propulsion. This allows her to evade oncoming attacks or get closer to some enemies. Currently her maximum distance of being propelled is ten feet.
