Appearance: Hatsu stands at about 5'6" and weighs around 150 in weight. Her body is fit and lean. Her skin a deep tan in complexion. Her hair is white and hangs just past her shoulders and her eyes a blue with strange greyish colored rings in them. She typically wears her armor and seems to favor the color red. She doesn't wear jewelery or make up, but she is still appealing to the eye.
Personality : Hatsu is a very kind, yet confident and strong willed young lady. She deeply cares for everyone around her whether they are human or not and is willing to bare pain if it means helping a person or thing through troubles in their lives. She doesn’t believe in abandoning those in need or friends, making he loyal to those that do get close to her; however, she knows well the pain of being abandoned and abused and as a result, shells up and shies away from such situations when they come up. While she is forgiving, she is not a fool. She knows when it is alright to give a second chance and when it is best to just avoid something all together.
She is easy enough to approach, even if her manner is businesslike until she warms up to you. She is not a huge talker, but she can hold a conversation well enough with another and has an easy going personality that makes it easy for others to relax around her. In a nutshell, she seems like your average tough girl trying to get by in life. However, Hatsu is not average. She is a psychic that can manipulate the gravity around her As a result, most find her weird or frightening if they see her using her powers and in turn tend to avoid her; however, if one can get around this oddness they may find she is not so weird after all.
Due to the fact that she has grown up being shun for her power, Hatsu does her best to fit in and not use her powers to keep people from fearing her. When faced with something new (supernatural or not) Hatsu will not run away. Quite the contrary, she sticks around to further explore the new to see what data she can add to her ever growing knowledge.
Hatsu is a strong-willed individual full of confidence, but not arrogant. She can be kind, but in a heartbeat she can become tough to put those that would think to take advantage of her kindness back in their place. She can fight, but prefers not too as her specialty is in scouting areas and gathering data/resources for the group she works with. However, if she is forced to fight she has no problem using her weapons or powers to get the job done.
She is ever curious and knowledgeable, but a fighter she is not. Hatsu does not like conflict and tries to avoid it whenever possible. She tries not to use her power on others, but when cornered or forced into situation where she has no choice, she will fight back in order to survive…even if she will be considered a monster after the fact. Hatsu is not a people pleaser, but she tries her best to help those around her and keep hope alive even in the worse of situations.
In a nutshell, Hatsu is a curious individual that loves her job which allows her explore and challenges her intelligence as she tries to think her way out of problems rather than fight. While she appears too serious for her own good, underneath it all she is really warm and motherly; however, due to her powers and being viewed as a monster by those that discover what she can do, the woman doesn’t have that many friends and so tries to blend in and hide her powers to keep people from running away.
History: Hatsuharu was born to normal parents, but she was not normal. She was born with the ability to manipulate the gravity around her allowing her to move various things with a single thought. When she was younger, she did not have control of this power. When her emotions were high, she would often cause things to happen such as items would start to float around her, or she would accidentally pick up and throw items without even touching them.
Her powers terrified her, but even more so than herself it terrified the people around her. Her parents didn’t know what to do with her and while they pretended to love her, she would find out from ease dropping that they were always looking for ways to escape from her or get rid of her. The knowledge of their true feelings wounded the girl deeply, so she began trying to gain control of her powers, so that she could hide them better from the world who did not understand them. She started practicing control when she was about six, but didn’t completely get the hang of the powers until she was ten. While she was by no means a master of the powers, she did learn to keep them from going out of control when she was upset and she even taught herself to focus her powers to use it to her advantage when no one was around. She practiced on her toys or outside in the woods behind her house to hide from prying eyes.
She would continue to struggle with her powers through school being often picked on or fled from when people found out the truth or she lost what little control she had over them from time to time. Hatsu grew up lonely, but still she did her best to press on despite the burdens her power brought to her. At the of 15, she dropped out of school and decided to join I.A.C.S.B., a place that she thought that perhaps her powers would be more accepted. She wasn’t wrong in this assumption. She was able to join the group and through the years learn to become a scout and information gatherer for the group. She found that she didn’t have to hide so much when learning to control her powers as there was a special place within the base where she could train without worrying about harming someone. The I.A.C.S.B. became the home that she never had and helped her grow into the confident woman she is today. She was able to excel in her specialized field which allowed her to do more scouting rather than fighting and as a result of the calmer job, she was able to keep better control her powers and keep them in line when her emotions went out of control.
For the last five years of her life, she has worked for the I.A.C.S.B. loving ever moment of her job as it gave her purpose and hope in a world that was beginning to look bleak for her. While she is still not a master of her power or anymore closer to understanding why she has such abilities, at least the girl has come to accept her strange abilities and in turn learn that it is okay to different in a world that is often does not like what it does not understand.

Description: A pair of twin handguns that have long round barrels. Ivory is a pure white gun with a chain on its handle with the black yang piece on the end. Ebony is the pure black in color also with a chain on the end of it. In place of the black yang piece there is a white ying piece. The guns represent harmony and balance.

Body Armor:
Name: Red Body Suit
Description: The armor is compromise of three layers. The first layer is a form fitting black suit that covers the body and protects it from the roughness of the armor itself. The next layer is the armor itself that is compose of intricate metal plates that cover her black suit underneath, the armor looks heavy, but in actuality it is really light and designed to move with the woman’s body. The last piece is a shirt like piece that she wears over the top half of the armor from time to time. The suit is also designed to take impacts from falls protecting her a bit if she does take a spill from a rather unhealthy height. This does not stop her from being damaged, it just lessens the impact from such falls.

Description: A simple kit of basic medical supplies and medicines that the woman keeps on her for assisting with the wounded on the field. It cannot stop death, but it can at least hold one over until they can get to a safety and medical facility.

Name: Dual Wielding (Pistols)
Description: When Hatsu joined the I.A.C.S.B. and began her training she took up a pair of pistols as her weapons of. These guns gave the woman the range she needed for her job. Her training consisted of learning to fire and use these weapons in combat along with some light unarmed combat to aid her. She is no master of combat, but can hold her own well enough with her weapons knowing her way around them, so she won’t hurt herself in the heat of a fight.

Description: Hatsu is light on her feet and adaptable. All traits that make her a quiet and effective hunter. Her speciality lies in investigation and being able to use a bit of stealth to collect the information she needs without attracting attention that will get her attacked by hostiles. As a result of this she is good at hacking, hiding, freerunning, and swimming to make sure that she is in the right position to get what she needs. Each ability is a light form of the originals meaning they blend together to help her get the job done. She cannot match someone who is a specialist in hacking, stealth, free running, or swimming.

Description: This skill allows her to use her dual guns with some level of control. At least she does not have to worry about shooting herself or others when using them. Sure she isn't a sharp shooter, but she is working to get there.

Description: The general knowledge of the body and the tools needed to ensure its health and longevity. The field of applied science focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Beyond these ranks, a person’s medical skills are practically supernatural.

Abilities:
Name: Gravity Manipulation
Description: This is her main power. With her mind she can control the gravity around her allowing her to make things float when she makes the gravity light around them or crush things when she makes it heavy. This ability also allows her to pick up things and toss them about without actually touching them. This includes herself and those who allow her to pick them up with this power. Do not mistake this is not levitation nor telekenisis. The traits only seem similar due to the fact that gravity is being manipulated to be decreased or increased causing the flying or sinking effect. She is not a master of her powers yet and so at times can lose control of them when placed under too much stress. Still, she is getting becoming more comfortable with the powers as she continues to practice her control and focus with them. Currently, she can only pick up things within 30 feet (10 meters of herself) and she can only lift things about 140lbs(about 65 kg or the weight of an average sized adult) or lighter.

Techinques:
Name: Gravity Kick
Description: Hatsu will sling herself into the air before reversing the gravity to pull her downward again. On her downward descent, she leads with her foot so the thing she is aiming for will get a nice heavy smack to the face...or wherever she is aiming as she comes down on them. Gravity, plus weight, plus speed equals pain folk. No way around that one.

Name: Gravity Ring
Description: A ring of gravity that spreads out to about 10 feet (a little over 3 meters) around the girl. Anything caught within in this ring is lift upward if it is not secured in someone. These lifted items can then be forced away from her via kicks or punches due to their light weight in their zero gravity zone. Uses common sense here: if something is light it will fly further than something heavy. Also she won't be launching them 10+ meters from herself as she is not a super human.

Name: Gravity Defyer
Description: Hatsu can shift gravity around her allowing her to jump higher than normal when it is low or keep herself planted on surfaces that she can place her feet on no matter if she is moving sideways or even upside down. She can then hold herself and move about in these odd angles as if she were standing on the ground. Keep in mind, this power is weak so after 3 turns, she will come plummeting back to the earth due to losing concentration. Thus why she wears the armor that she does.
