Appearance: Arwen stands 183 centimeters (6 feet) and weighs 9.6 stone (135 pounds or 61 kg). She is of generally fair complexion, partially due to being of British decent on her father's side, and being an elven hybrid due to her mother being a full elf. She generally prefers wearing very loose, flowing clothes that allow her to move easily in, probably due to her elven nature. Furthermore, she has blonde hair, which she got from her mother, and brown eyes from her father. Her clothing usually is very brightly colored, for example, her favorite outfit is a very verdant green. Normally she wears her hair up in twintails, held up by hair ornaments given to her by her mother, which are a treasured gift to her, and she wears them whenever she can.Furthermore, she always has her elven ears because, unlike some hybrids, she is stuck in her elven form, and has grown up in it.
Personality: Arwen, by alignment, is a neutral good person. She believes in freedom, however she understands the place laws have in society, and that they are there, in general, to protect everyone and make life far better for all. However, she has no qualms about breaking unjust rules to help those who need it. She is a very kind and helpful person, a bit too helpful at times, and sometimes has been thought of as a bit of a meddler. This is due to her own good nature and her sense of noblesse oblide she has from how well off she is. She feels it is only right and just for her to use the power and wealth she has to help those less fortunate. This leads to some problems, especially when the people who she views as "less well off" refuse her help, and she thinks they are just being modest. Furthermore, she often has absolutely no sense fo danger when it comes to people she does not know, due to her optimism and naivete, as well as being raised in a secluded area. She is the type of person who would fall for the most basic of cons, as she has no experience with people lying to her.
She enjoys cooking immensely, and loves to cook for other people, especially liking the smiles that her cooking puts on their faces. She loves tea, as befitting of her british background, and will have her afternoon tea no matter how hot or cold it is out, as long as it is possible. She likes bright colors, and is rather fond of animals and loves gardening, both as a result of her elvish heritage. In general, she does not drink much, however she is not opposed to a good wine with her meals, as it was fairly common in her home, and if you offer her something, she will more than likely try it, and like it if it is sweet and/or fruity. She feels for the other hybrids in the world who are far less lucky than she is, and at some point when she becomes the head of her family, she wants to start a charitable foundation to help them integrate better into society, if they so choose. She wants to teach them the skills to thrive on their own, not provide for them, as she is a firm believer in teaching a man to fish, rather than just giving him one. She feels it boosts self esteem and is far more sustainable in the long run.
When using her fire magic, a few other traits of her personality become far more noticeable. Due to her elven nature, the magic she uses heavily influences her personality, and as such, she becomes more passionate, competitive, and fiery when she is using her fire magic. Normally, these traits are just about as pronounced as anyone else, however as she uses her magic, she becomes more and more in tune with it, making her far more passionate and competitive than normal. If she were to learn other elemental magics, they would affect her in a similar way, shifting her personality as she uses the magic. Usually after she stops using it, she returns to normal over the course of about an hour.
History: Arwen was born to Leo and Servalwi Drake on May 21st, 1986 on the secluded island owned by the Drake family for many generations. Her mother, Servalwi, was an elf who fled from a political marriage in her tribe, and thus became an exile, and had to live among humans. Her father, Leo Drake, was the new head of the Drake magus family, who was currently looking for a partner who could produce suitably magically talented offspring to continue the family magic. One day, he stumbled upon an extremely beautiful woman who was badly wounded and in need of medical treatment while out on a grocery run. Naturally, being the nice man that he was, he rushed over to save her, using his family's magic to heal her wounds, and brought her back to the island to fully recover, as she was badly wounded.
When she awoke, Leo rushed to her side, and asked if she was alright. The woman, simply nodded and thanked him for his kindlness, before trying to get to her feet and leave as to not be a bother to him and his family, as she had come to think of herself as such, after many years of being in exile. However, she quickly began to fall, however, Leo caught her and insisted she stayed until she was fully recovered, and seeing the look of passion on his face, she could not turn him down.
During her stay there, the two fell in love, and planned to be wed, with or without his family's approval. However, before he did such, he made a rather convincing speech to his family, explaining the benefits of letting him marry her, and how it would bring extremely powerful latent potential to the children from the marriage. After much convincing, the branch families and his parents begrudgingly accepted his proposal, and the two were wed.
Soon after, Servalwi found herself with child, and they rejoiced at the prospect of having children together. After nine months, and a bit of a rough pregnancy, Arwen was born without issue, and the family rejoiced. Soon after birth, her father used magic to have her stay in elven form permanently, for the child's sake. He knew that the more in sync with her essence she was, the less the child would suffer because of her hybrid nature. As such, he raised her in conjunction with her mother, teaching her both the ways of magi, and the ways of the elves, and encouraging her to adapt the magic so that it was most comfortable for her.
From her mother, she learned the art of elven archery and how to move through areas thick with obstacles from a young age, staying true to the traditions of the tribe who had exiled her, for no other reason than that was how she was raised, and she had no idea how else to raise her daughter. And from her father, she learned the ways of fire magic, and how to control it. During her training and her life, her parents had two other children, a boy named Thiadon and a girl named Limmel, the boy born when she was five, and the girl when she was ten.
Now, at age twenty one, she has been sent to join the I.A.S.C.B. to gain favor with the organization, as while her house is wealthy, it has been rather secluded and therefore relatively unknown for some time, and well as to gain experience with the real world and her magic, in the hope that she strengthens not only her magic, but her elven essence as well, so that she can become the next heir to the Drake household.

Description: Cleanses the atmosphere around the user of normal air pollution from cities. Does not affect magical effects and concentrated localized effects. Can cleanse up to D rank pollution, so while it can keep most cities air clean around the user, places like Beijing that are known for being heavily smoggy and polluted can only be lessened, not completely mitigated.

As such, it has extensive research on fire magic, and entities related to fire, but nothing else.

Description: Basic radio assigned to each unit to communicate with the administration and control of the operation. Typically it is designed as a wireless earpiece receiver and microphone combination, but often lower ranking members end up with older generation equipment such as ones that rely on hip-mounted controls and batteries. These radios work off of the IACSB’s encrypted radio channel, and are unable to pick up other channels without being tempered with. Ideally they can pick up transmissions from about 30km around in an urban environment; but in a clear area they can pick up transmissions at range around 40km.

Description: A protective ballistic vest which is worn over the chest and torso; although variations have been made for the supernatural entities whom are not quite so… humanoid. While still somewhat tough, it does not mean that they are going to be completely protected from the real monsters in the supernatural world. At best covers the internals and important organs while leaving the limbs unprotected for maximum mobility. This is normally worn when units are sent in important tasks where mortality rate maybe high, or even in a major operation.

Name: Trenchcoat and Suit
Description: A formal dress shirt and pants that is worn to work whether in the office or on the field. Women may wear a pencil skirt rather than dress pants if they wish. On the field, typically a thick pale grey trenchcoat is worn over this attire alongside boots. In more dangerous areas and assignments, the agent’s ballistic vest is usually worn over the suit jacket as well. While on formal occasions it is expected for IACSB members to wear the full uniform, on the actual field they are not required to wear the outfit at all if they choose not to.
Name: Riot Suit
Description: Military-like uniform that is worn for major operations, which is required by all IACSB personnel when it comes to serious engagements; although some higher ranking members may wear their own battle attire. This is made up of black fatigues with a ballistic vest and leg guards over the top, with a military tactical rig topping it off. While they look similar to SWAT armour, they tend to be more minimalist as many of the IACSB rely on their supernatural abilities and thus do not need the extra weight.

Description: Along with her bow skills, her mother also taught Arwen how to move through a forest like an elf would, showing her how to freely move through spaces littered with obstacles and hazards freely, as if it were bare ground. This allows her not only to move through a forest with ease, but also to move through cities as well.

Description: Every Magician has a place where they can devote themselves to research. A very personal space that many shouldn't attempt to enter without permission. The average Magician can set up a simple "workshop" for this purpose. This workshop allows a Magician to work without drawing too much attention from mere mortals. However, the supernaturally-inclined would still easily perceive its presence.

Description: Arwen is a first generation Elven hybrid, making her a half-elf. Normally, she would be able to shift back and forth between her human and elven forms, however, due to intervention by her father when she was a baby, she is stuck in her elven form permanently. This was done to make her further synchronize with her elven half, in hopes of amplifying her magic more quickly.

Description: This spell speeds up the healing process in an area of the target's body, allowing them to close wounds far faster than normal. This allows the target to recover from a moderate wound, such as a small calibur bullet to an extremeity or a slash wound of moderate depth in three posts.

Description: This spell allows Arwen to create an effect almost identical to Incende, however, it is enchanted onto the arrow she currently has on her bow, and when the arrows stops inside of an enemy, the spell goes off inside of the enemy, dealing E rank damage to them in addition to the damage dealt by the arrow.

MONSTROUS HERITAGE

Generation: Post-1945, First Generation
History: Arwen's mother was an elven sorceress, and ran away from her tribe to escape a political marriage in which she did not love the man she was to marry. She was later taken in by Arwen's father, a flame magus, who took the opportunity to court her and to have a child who would have far more connection to the world's mana, and thus be a more powerful magus.
Synchronization: Arwen is perfectly in tune with her Elven side, as she has been raised in a nearly pollution free and secluded environment with fairly pure mana and ley lines. She also has been raised while being in her elven form at all times, which makes her very comfortable with it, as she views it as how her body normally is. In general, she has no troubles with it, however it does cause her to have a bit of trouble with more complicated machines, like anything more than basic web use and chat on a computer completely baffles her.

Name: Elven Sensitivity
Description: As an elven hybrid post 1945, her elven blood runs quite strong in her, making her very prone to elf-like behaviour. For example, it makes her very pacifistic, making violence her very last resort, even in situations most people would jump straight to violence in. Also, she is extremely bad with areas that have pollution, and even in cities that are fairly clean by human standards, she often feels a bit queasy, and if it were polluted by human standards, she would probably feel outright sick, coming down with symptoms similar to a mild influenza strain.
Name: Weakness to Disease
Description: Due to Arwen's Elven heritage, she is weaker to Illnesses and Disease than a normal person, and they have a more magnified effect on her due to her weaker immune system due to her elven essence. THis is due to elven communities having been very insular in the past, thusly they did not experience hte same diseases that humans did in the past, causing their immune systems to not have to become stronger, and they have less immunity passed down from mother to child through antibodies as a result of this.

Name: Mana Affinity
Description: As an elven hybrid, Arwen has a deep and innate connection to the mana around her, be it in the ley lines or the air around her, and can affect her mood. For example, being in a place with a lot of mana attuned to water can relax her, and places with lots of pollution makes her a bit queasy. Simply the act of spellcasting affects her mood drastically, making her more fiery and competitive due to the nature of her magic.
