Arianna Astor: Proprietress of the maid cafe, Noblesse Oblige. Severe and sophisticated, Arianna maybe a difficult person to actually start a conversation with, but she can be very friendly when she needs to be. She keeps a very tight ship when it comes to handling her business. Her employees tend to complain about her strictness, but she is fair when it comes to rewarding and punishing them. Yet, her actions are strictly in-line for the sake of business. Though she can be very protective of her employees, earning them their loyalty to her despite their complaints of being overly strict.
Emma Schultz: Renown reporter from the news-reporting side of the world. Emma Schultz is very dedicated to her job and thus can be very nosy of other people's business. Of course, being a professional of her job, she's very willing to do whatever she needs to do in order to get the information she wants. She tends to have a teasing personality when something of amuses her. Unfortunately for her cameraman, she tends to force him to do most of the dirty and mundane work of dragging all the needed equipment on his own.
Willard Collins: Cameraman that works with Emma. Willard is the epitome of the guy who hates and loves his job. Most of the hate is associated with his partnership with Emma, but he still has the same passions as her. Perhaps it's what kept them together for so long and why they are rather close. Though he does wish Emma would actually do some of the manual work as well, but she tends to excuse herself saying that it's a man's job or something among those lines.
Terry Warren: Young rookie cop who is just fresh out of the Academy. He once thought that his job was going to be like many other cops. Now he found himself wrong as there is a huge influx of Mystic Kind into the city and now he is undecided how he feels about this. While a rookie, he still does his best to apply the law justly as he can. Since, he actually really isn't a jerk after all. But nevertheless he feels worried on where his job will lead him.
Devlin Harland William Forester (D.H. William Forester): A strange old man, whom is often seen around Lakecrest City, selling cheap and weird trinkets that he claims are magical. He often sells these trinkets near the bigger shops in the district, though he does also go door-to-door selling them. For the most part the strange wares he has for offer are completely bogus, but every so often he finds something that’s actually the real deal, often surprising even him. No-one knows where he gets these trinkets, and he refuses to tell anyone. He’s not rich, but he seems to make enough to keep finding and selling stuff on the street. He also has a surprisingly mean swing with a cane.
