Appearance:
Standing at 5’4” and weighing only around 120lbs, Lili has a fairly small physique – she lacks the curvature or height of most matured girls her age; although she doesn’t look particularly childish. Despite her strength, she is fairly thin and her muscles are relatively unnoticeable; but her unwaveringly straight-backed stance and cold demeanour say a lot for her actual capacities. Her hair is a short silver bobcut, albeit with its fringe swept to the left; while her eyes are blue with sizable pupils but tiny irises; matching her frigid demeanour. It is rare to see her with a smile, a frown, or any kind of a notable expression – her face is usually just in a stoic stare, although in rare or extreme cases she will show her emotions more clearly. Although not truly mute, her lack of experience with languages beyond German makes her struggle with talking; alongside her already quiet personality. It’s rare to catch her speaking, but a bark or a squeak is a bit more of a common response.
While in her werewolf form, her physical changes are noticeable but not exactly as extreme as any kind of actual werewolf – the main changes are simply a short silver-grey wolf tail (laying straight down it reaches about her ankles) and similarly coloured pointed canine ears. However, there are a number of minor changes: her canines become more pointed and prominent, occasionally poking out over her lip; her large irises become smaller and her irises become bigger, similar to an actual canine’s eye; and her body is generally more expressive than normal.
While she isn’t very concerned about clothing for the most part; she has an attachment to her old high school uniform from her home country which she generally has preference for – however, she is not otherwise opposed or against any other kind of clothing. The uniform is a beige blazer with red lining over a white dress shirt, with a black tartan skirt; topped with a red bowtie and a pair of black knee-high socks, with simple brown loafers. In the chillier seasons she at least adds a black scarf to this ensemble, but seems otherwise far from bothered by the cold – unsurprising, given her homeland. And, of course; when it comes to formal appearances as per the expectations of the IACSB; Lili wears their expected trench coat and suit.
Personality:
Due to her part-human nature, Lili has always had a lot of trouble fully expressing herself and comprehending human society – although she is a second-generation hybrid, her werewolf blood still holds the most thrall over her personality. She seems incredibly stoic and cold to most normal people, although internally she is still emotive; she just doesn’t reflect it outwardly nearly as much. Past traumas involving people have also made her act somewhat psychopathic to add to her inhuman nature, so Lili is quite comfortable in assault, abuse and murder compared to normal people; though she doesn’t exactly take any kind of sadistic pleasure from it either. It’s simply the application of skills or the performing of duties to her, and frankly she’d rather not act violently to people she likes anyway… though duty always comes first.
On the topic of her affinities for people, Lili has a rather odd approach to relationships – she mostly acts based on pack logic, submitting quietly to those she considers superiors and acting extremely loyally to them; while anyone she considers beneath her will either be gently coddled and cared for or simply ignored if she owes them no affections. She has little personal drive and heavily relies on others for any kind of direction to her life, although she is quite capable of looking after herself – however, of particular note, despite her wolf-like nature and tendencies she also shows a number of domestic canine traits that make the idea of her being a sort of loner like the archetype of wolves a bit of a joke.
Perhaps the most notable trait among these is her suffering from separation anxiety when left apart from her handlers; getting despondent and destructive if left without contact or direction from her superiors for too long. She suffers from this sort of dependence and need for affection and attention in a number of ways; such as being heavily influenced by simple praise and scolding from those she respects or likes, or her tendency to not act on her initiative without outright instruction to even when particularly opportune chances appear.
In her everyday life, Lili is a calm and content soul. She enjoys simple pleasures a lot, and is easily entertained or interested in things much like her domestic counterparts – just a little bit of attention or rest will do her mood a lot of good. She is quite good at domestic tasks after taking care of herself for so long, although her methods are always very straightforward much like everything else in her life; expect some very simple dinners if you’re ever staying overnight with her. Still, she seems to take a lot of joy and satisfaction in this manner and is always very pleased when others appreciate her efforts and preferences, as easy as it might be to do so.
When put into a bad mood, Lili is just as straight-forward – although she usually just bottles up her feelings and fumes for a while; if seriously pushed she will usually show her emotions in destructive outbursts or simply flee. If pushed into a corner or repeatedly pushed to frustration, she will simply assault the issue that is in her way as she would if anyone was such an obstacle while on a mission; albeit perhaps with a little more pleasure behind the battering. It is very rare for her to act so emotionally, though; she generally gets along fine with other people so long as they don’t go too far out of their way to step on her tail – insults and jibes do little to her.
History:
Born on the outskirts quiet rural town in Germany’s countryside, Lili always knew about her supernatural background, albeit only as much as people could comprehend in such a small place – the werewolf nature of her parents was well known and not particularly shunned given their relatively non-violent nature. They were just a bit of extra muscle amongst an extended family on the village’s main farm, so there was no complaint to be made. People kept quiet about it because there was no reason to be loud about it, and few outside the family really knew about it in the first place. It was a quiet, straightforward childhood; but Lili wanted nothing more. No pressure to be human, no pressure to be supernatural – just do your work and sleep soundly.
But, as the farm thrived, so did Lili’s parents ambitions – other souls around the area began to look beyond the rural plains. The decision was made without a word of the girl’s getting in – she would be sent to the city for high school education in Würzburg. She was just like plenty of the other boarding students there; one of many girls and boys from the rural areas. But, due to her stoic and supernaturally affected nature, she found it hard to interact, to make friends; to adapt; particularly given the spite still held against the supernatural. Although she did her best to keep it hidden, the story of her family’s inhuman nature soon got out. But yet, beyond the scorn, her first few years went by quietly, but in relative solitude. She was not the type to be too bothered by others to begin with.
She was eighteen years old, in her final year of high school – the prejudice held against inhumans was still haunting the nation, far from helped from their history in having caused the outbreak of demons in the first face place. Intent on capitalising on the matter, the Church made their creep into Germany, choosing Würzburg, as a quiet but notable spot to send a message with their work. Lili had no chance of escaping, with her secret known and no friends or family to turn to – the perfect prey. It was a normal school day at the time, but the Church had made their intent clear around the city – there was no need for subtlety at this point. The acolyte walked in, and all eyes settled on Lili – they knew, she knew, all the class knew. It was the end of the line. She was meant to just be escorted out and then later executed or just imprisoned like the other supernatural souls whom had been rounded up so far – it was a symbolic act for the Church in the city, not an efficient one; and Lili’s reputation for her loyalty and submission made it a safe bet.
But, there was an unexpected factor. Lili waited patiently for an order from the agent in priestly garb – when a hand grabbed her. In a flurry of sound and colour, she was yanked from her seat and whirled out a door while shouts echoed behind her; too paralysed by the instinctive fear of the original situation to comprehend what had happened all of a sudden. Moving her feet basically blindly, she followed the lead and ended up huddled in the school’s music room… and before her, a classmate. Lili wouldn’t have called her a friend, but they’d spent their years together in classes… perhaps the other girl would have argued that fact, or maybe it was just a sense of comradery that brought her to this choice. But here they were, between a rock and a hard place – Lili could just jump out the windows, maybe even with her schoolmate in hand; but they would be on the run regardless.
They shared a moment together while they still had the chance – recognition of Lili’s likely final moments; Lili’s thanks for the girl’s intervention, as pointless as it might end up; a few shared memories of their time at school – it was all so melodramatic, but it felt like the first time Lili had really made a friend. It was inevitably going to be cut short, but it affected Lili dramatically; both for the trauma of being marked for death for her background and the little joy of having an honest friend. The church agent finally caught up, and went in for the kill; frustrated at being embarrassed by just a high school student… to put so much work in acting professional and be met with that sort of thing was not a good way to spend your first job.
Finally, the music room was drenched in blood. As soon as Lili had been dragged away, the agent was going to be killed. Had she just been escorted away, surely her discipline and the Church’s authority would have made her execution a simple matter – but like this, trapping a wolf in a corner; a bloody end was inevitable. Acting on instinct, she had simply smashed the man’s skull to pieces – no weapon was going to be drawn fast enough at point blank and in the midst of his frustrations to beat a monster to the punch. But, this murder could only make matters worse – Lili only realised that after noticing the gore dripping from her fists. The pair gave themselves up quietly.
The incident caused uproar from both sides of the argument, leaving Lili and her friend waiting in custody while the Church tried to regain its authority after the embarrassment – weeks went by without a real verdict. But, a quiet hand intervened; jumping on the tiny opportunity for both some PR with Lili’s hybrid kin, and to take a little notch out of the Church; and so she was given an offer she couldn’t refuse: Put her powers to work for the IACSB, and she would be smuggled away while her newfound friend was given a drastically reduced sentence – she obviously wasn’t a serious accomplice anyway.
And so Lili finds herself where she is now – just another number in the IACSB’s lowest ranks doing some of the dirtiest jobs; but yet happy. She had clear orders, she had work to do, her friend was safe; it’s all she really wanted out of life. Due to her frigid nature and willingness to take on the especially unpleasant tasks of the organisation; not to mention her less than legal background in the first place; Lili currently acts as a ‘cleaner’ for the IACSB’s local operations in Berlin. Her job is mostly to be host interrogations and ‘clean up’ afterwards; letting a phone do the talking while she… negotiates; as her physical prowess, cold personality and inhuman nature makes most equipment rather unnecessary; and means that the actual superior can keep their hands entirely clean of the matter.
STATISTICS
Od: E (20 Units) - Lili's werewolf capacities are not very reliant on her energy nor supernatural capacities.

LOADOUT
Equipments:
Name: Baseball Bat
Rank: E
Description: A standard laminated ash-wood baseball bat that has been hollowed and refilled with denser wood; giving it a bit more weight to its end. While not really the most ideal weapon, its concealable and simply brutal nature has made it a favourite of Lili’s – although other clubbing weapons are generally just as welcome, she favours her own choice due to the makeshift weapon’s reputation and hint of personalisation. A small number of tally marks have chipped a touch above the handle – no prizes for guessing their history, but they aren’t there for counting her home runs… well, so to speak.
Name: Morganite Dextroamphetamine Syringes (‘Kisses’)
Rank: E
Description: Due to her issues with alertness and concentration linked to her canine heritage, Lili uses prescribed dextroamphetamine injections to try and counteract both the onset of her transformations under emotional stress and allow herself to focus on and perform involved tasks while under the effects of her werewolf form. While she does not use these syringes recreationally and rations them carefully, she has developed a dependence on them to refocus herself while under stress and has suffered from withdrawal symptoms after avoiding their usage for long terms in the past.
Acting similarly to methamphetamines, this variant on dextroamphetamines has been developed in the IACSB as a stronger concentration and alertness-boosting agent for hybrids suffering from their Monstrous Heritage’s involuntary behaviours, using extremely finely powdered morganite to bolster the behaviour-inhibiting effect. This addition also gives the formula a bright pink hue; making its (admittedly rare) usage something of a joke amongst the organisation, often earning derision for more than the drug dependence it already implies. This is also the source of its nickname of ‘kisses’, in reference to both the colour and the joke of ‘give it a kiss to make it feel better’.
Since she does not abuse them, Lili is generally unaffected by any serious side-effects beyond the immediate psychological effects (euphoria, increased alertness and concentration, decreased sense of fatigue, raised self-confidence, etc.) which are already dumbed down by her supernatural side; but she does tend to exhibit increased violent tendencies while under their influence. She generally rations herself to having only ever having two on hand every week as per her prescription; keeping the syringes in a small metal medical case only about the side of her hand; typically tucked in the inside pocket of her blazer. She considers them a very humiliating matter given their reputation, but a vital one to keeping her mentally operating properly. Their effects last about an hour or eight posts, although being under pressure or stress will limit them to less.
Name: Mateba Model 6 Unica
Rank: E
Description: Originally designed and produced in 1997, this semi-automatic revolver is rather notable for its design as a hammerless revolver – instead, the recoil from firing is used to turn the barrel and cock the gun. This model has a 5” barrel and uses .357 magnum rounds, making it pack quite the punch compared to more conventional pistols; however its six-shot cylinder and higher recoil make it rather impractical – it’s certainly more for show than anything.
As one might imagine with her soft spot for firearms, Lili takes extremely good care of her handgun; definitely spending more time cleaning and maintaining it than she would ever spend firing it. She honestly usually leaves it hidden away at home, but on particularly serious operations she takes it with her in a thigh holster; with rounds in the chamber alongside two speedloaders (18 rounds total).
Name: Radio
Rank: E
Description: Basic radio assigned to each unit to communicate with the administration and control of the operation. Typically it is designed as a wireless earpiece receiver and microphone combination, but often lower ranking members end up with older generation equipment such as ones that rely on hip-mounted controls and batteries. These radios work off of the IACSB’s encrypted radio channel, and are unable to pick up other channels without being tempered with. Ideally they can pick up transmissions from about 30km around in an urban environment; but in a clear area they can pick up transmissions at range around 40km. Lili usually has the earpiece at least on hand, but prefers to use a phone since she needs the loudspeaker function for her interrogation approach anyway.
Uniforms:
Name: Trenchcoat and Suit
Description: A formal dress shirt and pants that is worn to work whether in the office or on the field. On the field, typically a thick pale grey trenchcoat is worn over this attire alongside boots. In more dangerous areas and assignments, the agent’s ballistic vest is usually worn over the suit jacket as well. While on formal occasions it is expected for IACSB members to wear the full uniform, on the actual field they are not required to wear the outfit at all if they choose not to.
Name: Riot Suit
Description: Military-like uniform that is worn for major operations, which is required by all IACSB personnel when it comes to serious engagements; although some higher ranking members may wear their own battle attire. This is made up of black fatigues with a ballistic vest and leg guards over the top, with a military tactical rig topping it off. While they look similar to SWAT armour, they tend to be more minimalist as many of the IACSB rely on their supernatural abilities and thus do not need the extra weight.
CAPABILITIES
Skills:
Name: Firearms Experience (Handguns)
Description: Having a bit of a fascination with firearms, Lili has spent more than few hours training and practicing with weapons – although at her rank she has only really had experience with handguns, and she certainly didn’t have any experience in Germany given the gun legislation of the country. She has a love of firearm designs, specifications and usage; but isn’t especially a lover of actually using them herself; so she has limited experience despite her knowledge.
Rank: E
Name: Close-Quarters Combat Experience (Unarmed/Bludgeoning)
Description: While relatively lacking in formal training or any kind of interest in it, Lili has a lot of experience in actually fighting and putting her strength to use. While she lacks a fighting style or proper comprehension of existing ones, she is reasonably adept at interpreting others’ intentions in close-quarters and reacting accordingly; as well as knowing where to place her blows to match her aims in the fight. Although at her strongest while unarmed and using her werewolf physical prowess, she is also quite capable with bludgeoning weapons in a sort of mimicry of her usual bludgeoning style… just with a lot less messy fists by the end of it.
Her vague style is slightly inspired from Wushu Nanquan and Judo due to its emphasis on upper body strikes and generating power from waist movements, as well as a preference for takedowns and throws to make the most of her superhuman strength – however, it lacks any of the formal techniques or theory that these actual arts are centred around. She does have some basic self-defence training from the IACSB, but it was generally short-lived beyond some basic disarming techniques – it’s hard to spar with a somewhat feral superhuman, let alone one that already has a fair chunk of experience under their belt.
Rank: E
Name: Streetwise
Description: Being a bit of a solo operation and being involved in some of the dirtiest of IACSB’s business, Lili has picked up a lot of contacts and general understanding of the underworld – who to look for, what to ask, and how much to trust. Perhaps more to the point, though; she has a decent reputation and standing among the shadier souls she does know, and so in times where confidentiality or some unpleasant business needs to be done; she knows who to call and where to go.
Rank: E
Abilities:
Name: Monstrous Heritage
Description: Humans with supernatural essence that has been connected with their bodies. They are capable of supernatural abilities connected with the creature they share essence with through whatever means. By allowing oneself to submerge himself or herself to such monstrous influence may soon lead to them becoming monstrous themselves.
Rank: D
MONSTROUS HERITAGE
Lineage: Werewolf
Generation: Second Generation - Pre-1945
History: Grandmother was bitten by a werewolf but failed to take enough essence to be turned, becoming a hybrid. The essence was thus passed down to the next generation, and then to Lili through her mother’s side. While diluted by their humanity, it has otherwise not been dulled due to their rural environment and the connected nature of humanity and were-kin.
Synchronization: Although she is already very in-tune with her werewolf side as it is, Lili’s lack of a full transformation and efforts to reduce the feral persona within her have given her some leeway to her humanity. Her soul has little clash with her inhuman nature as she has simply accepted it as a natural part of her life. However, she has begun struggling with it more as she has to fight against it to perform more focussed and human tasks, and the stronger she has become while in werewolf form the more her physical body is struggling with the change – her reliance on Morganite Dextroamphetamine is a clear sign of this growing imbalance.
Weaknesses:
Name: Silver/Mercury
Description: The most obvious weakness to any werewolf is of course silver, which upon ingestion or penetration leaves Lili in a spasming mess for a few minutes initially and then seriously ill for at least a week with a high fever, even with medical attention and rest. Simple contact with the metal will unnerve her, but isn’t enough to have an serious effect; and especially impure silver or silver alloys will not affect her – much like in the myths, it really does need to be actual silver… or mercury, as it was often mistaken for the former metal.
Name: Wolfsbane
Description: The wolfs-bane plant has the same effect on ingestion and injection as silver, but also contact will make Lili sweat and squirm and generally put in her profuse physical and mental discomfort.
Name: New Moon
Description: Under a new moon or lunar eclipse, Lili is unable to transform at all; simply stuck as a regular human – despite still being affected by the aforementioned weaknesses, mind you. She also generally becomes emotionally despondent and nervous around such circumstances, and will hole up in whatever home she has at the time to sulk on her lonesome if she can; rather than actually get any work done.
Name: Dog Act
Description: Of course, perhaps the underlying issue amongst her weaknesses as a wolf is that frankly, Lili can be a bloody stupid dog when she’s not being attentive. While her stoicism can be handy at times, she generally has trouble communicating with people and understanding human society due to her canine influence, and often has the same goofy faults as any actual canine: being gullible; being easily distracted by animals; being a complete dunce on occasion; suffering from separation anxiety; the works.
Associated Traits:
Name: Eisen Wulf
Description: Due to her werewolf heritage, Lili has much higher natural physical capacities than a regular human being in terms of strength, agility, and endurance. That said, she is no walking tank – due to her human side she does not quite match up to the werewolf mythos; but it’s certainly a noticeable difference.
While her werewolf nature is unleashed; a voluntary change on Lili’s part that takes only a moment to expose her canine ears and tail; Lili’s Strength is elevated to D rank and her Endurance and Agility are elevated to E – even with the natural boost, her lack of serious training and her human heritage keeps her from reaching truly superhuman levels. Although this is a definite improvement, it comes alongside rather blatantly exposing her supernatural nature; and makes her both more susceptible to her instincts and less able to manage human comprehension – for example, she would be easily startled and distracted by loud noises and notable scents; or would find it especially difficult to focus on reading or talking while under the thrall of her feral bloodline. In addition, while in human form her supernatural affinity is just about invisible without going into DNA analysis – while actually in her wolfish form, though; it is as blatant as it would be with a pureblood.
On a night with a full moon, Lili is forced to transform in the late afternoon, usually around 5-6pm as the moon just starts to rise into the sky – this makes any paperwork or meetings quite a headache for her on those evenings, but otherwise doesn’t give her any serious penalties or advantages. Her transformation can also be forced by heavily emotional experiences; both positive and negative; although Lili has developed some resistance and precautions to this issue.
Rank: D
Name: Regeneration
Description: Werewolves are capable of healing from their inflicted wounds on their own. This is what makes them difficult to kill, on top of having protective hides on their person. Due to this ability, they actually are able to survive wounds that may kill an average person. It takes supernatural attacks to make any lasting effect. Owing to her hybrid nature's limitations on her supernatural side, Lili's regeneration is fairly weak - she will recover overnight from shallow lacerations and bruises; but broken bones or conventional illnesses are unaffected.
Rank: E
Techniques:
Name: Verwildert Abzug
Description: Allowing herself to fall into the feral void of her werewolf side, Lili essentially dips into being full feral and out of control in order to bolster her physical capabilities. This change only lasts for one post, but raises Lili’s strength to D++ and endurance to E+. However, it comes with a range of drawbacks (as going insane tends to); as Lili loses all control beyond her raw emotions and current intent, making this extremely dangerous should anything change her mind or should anything especially violent be on hand – in this state, she truly shows her emotions rather than simply acting stoically.
In addition, returning from this state makes her inhuman and human natures scrape against each other, causing a lot of mental and spiritual trauma that typically leaves her in a collapsed mess for at least two posts; usually more without any additional intervention. In particular, this seems to manifest with pain in her eyes; often rendering her temporarily blind when she uses this ability, and worsens along with her mental state if she uses it subsequent times.
