I.A.C.S.B. INTRODUCTION
Humans have a reason to fear the supernatural. It is mysterious as it is dangerous. They can not fully understand its depths, at least for now. The International Association for the Coexistence of the Supernatural Beings is an organization originating from the times of the North American colonial era. They serve as a force to protect Humanity. However, they also wish to help accommodate its society to accept supernatural entities as fellow inhabitants of the Earth. In other words, to help them coexist with these non-human creatures. This would be a difficult undertaking given the fragility of humanity. But its wonder for "un-mundane" and even what exists as its moral center could help its own humans try to accept even the common vampire. Given their goal, they are a group with the foremost knowledge in the supernatural while being a part of the modern society. Their influence even goes so far that significant political positions or even government jobs in many countries require people to attend classes in its high school/college for a number of years.
That said, it does provide a school setting to interact with what supernatural entities exists in their school campuses. This way it helps guide future generations to accept what was once unknown. Most of the students in its school are there to pursue a career in politics/government. Or others who wish to gain a full-ride scholarship in its college or other colleges in the world. However, this scholarship does require its students to be part of its organization in dealing with the supernatural. Or was once part of it with a number of years of service. Normally, high school students do not join its professional organization until graduation. But a talented few can join early and obtain special training through a program, Advantaged Talented Students, ATS. This would require their parents' approval beforehand. These talented individuals are seen to have much potential that they may become the leading top of their generation. Because not many parents agree to this, most of these talented individuals are orphans. Some that have been taken in at such young ages when they lost their parents to supernatural causes.
Many supernatural entities seek the school as an asylum from society as they are a threat to themselves and even to others around them. However, it is mostly those who are ostracized by society that end up here as their only haven. Even those with human backgrounds can be feared and often persecuted by humans and supernatural entities alike. Psychics with their unique powers are feared as freaks and even monsters. Due to how little control they normally have over their powers, the only choice they have is to put themselves in the I.A.C.S.B.'s hands. The same for those with monstrous blood, Hybrids, who are also ostracized by the supernatural community for being some kind of abomination. Though a few probably would not mind as much as they are not much of a difference to everyone else in their eyes.
Thanks to its earlier involvement in the Second Great War, the I.A.C.S.B. enjoys a series of considerable "amicable" relationships with both the Magician's Guild and the Martial Forest Coalition. Both organizations tend to send their members as a sign of good will and as ambassadors. However, the Church views them as a thorn to their side despite their assistance against Germany and the Thule Society as they put a limit on their activities in eliminating the in-human and heretics. Especially when they actually accept their own fallen members who do not agree with their doctrines any longer. Former Clergymen and even Apostles tend to seek sanctuary with the I.A.C.S.B. However, the latter is even rarer given the Church's fixation on their Stigmatas and the Holy Relics. Even going so far to hunt them down for their betrayal.
I.A.C.S.B. RANKS
Please remember these requirements refer to Spiritual Armament Bearers.
- 3rd Class: The whole majority of the I.A.C.S.B. They are what people refer to as "the small fries" and "the mooks". These people are assigned Spiritual Armaments, but they still have a long way to go to master its use. A lot of these units are of human strength and use the general equipment for dealing with supernatural entities. E and F rank stats only. E rank Spiritual Armament abilities and skills and D skills and abilities of their own.
- 2nd Class: Personnel that are becoming much more accustomed with Spiritual Armaments. Now they are capable of performing supernatural physical feats to a degree. D rank stats, D rank Spiritual Armament skills/abilities, and B rank abilities/skills are the levels where these Spiritual Armament bearers are capable of.
- 1st Class: The elite members of the I.A.C.S.B. Such people are usually in high positions of power within the organization and are in charge of many operations. C rank stats, C rank Spiritual Armament abilities/skills, and A rank abilities/skills are the levels these Spiritual Armament bearers are capable of.
- Special Class: The very top members of the I.A.C.S.B. who have been around as far as they could remember. Their very presence is enough to up the morale of their members by a lot. B rank stats, B rank Spiritual Armament abilities/skills, S rank abilities/skills, and S rank skills are the levels these Spiritual Armament bearers are capable of.
I.A.C.S.B. DIVISIONS
- Technological And Magical Research Development: Personnel that are called the TAMRD. Most Magicians and tech-savvy people end up here. They make use of their skills and knowledge to create, to fix, and to identify things. Sometimes these people are called upon for missions in which their expertise is required for the task at hand. Or they go on a couple of them on their own to retrieve magical regents and the like. You would rarely see any Ki Artists, Hybrids, and Psychics here unless they learned some useful skills.
- Internal Affairs: This division is also called the IA. The agency where they act as the organization's enforcers. They oversee the functions of the organization and tries to route out corruption or even malicious intent against humanity and/or the supernatural from within. The former Church Hunters tend to specialize in this sort of thing if they used to be part of the Inquisition. Membership is not limited to them.
- Central Intelligence Agency: Notoriously known as the CIA. The intelligence division of the I.A.C.S.B. that manages and retrieves information all around the world for their faction. The Agency tends to work with the Homeless Association due to how well they are able to retrieve information from their nature. They send the information to the I.A.C.S.B.'s database and serve as advisers for the SID.
- Supernatural Investigation Division: Also known a the SID. The front line forces that travels around the world solving supernatural issues at the behest of society and the government. They are the direct combat arm of the I.A.C.S.B. They rely on the other divisions to provide the needed assistance in completing their tasks.
I.A.C.S.B. LIMITATIONS
- Spiritual Armament: They would only be accessible to completely normal humans. Hybrids, Magicians, Ki Artists, Hunters (former Church), and Psychics would have no reason to access them as they already have supernatural powers. Bearers of the Armaments can learn some Magic to a minor degree, but never the Ki Arts as these are something the Artists keep to themselves. The most in stats and ability ranks the Bearers can go up to is B. This means they will have to rely on the Harmony of Souls to be able to go further. Thus requiring teamwork within their ranks.
- Technology: Anyone is free to use the I.A.C.S.B. technology and its equipment as long as they are working with/for them.
- Divisions: All members may join any of the divisions.
- Ki Artists: Some clans may join the I.A.C.S.B. for sake of diplomacy, combat/war experience, and other such reasons. However, they are to never teach their Art to anyone other than people who are already a member of their Clan/School. Nor will they learn Magic as they have their pride in their Arts.
- Magicians: Are capable of working in any of the divisions for the I.A.C.S.B. They can also teach some members magic, but will never or even rarely teach them far enough into mastery.
- Hunters: Compared to the rest of the Church, these Hunters are more liberal and do not show any ill will to supernatural entities unless they are given an actual reason to. There are more Clergymen than Apostles as the latter is rigorously hunted down by the Church in order to retrieve the Stigmatas and the Holy Relics.
HOW THE I.A.C.S.B. IS BEING VIEWED
- The Church: The I.A.C.S.B. and the Church have a somewhat complicated relationship due to the differences between their motives of coexistence and elimination respectively. But when the occasion does come up, they are capable of working together for a common goal when it comes to the safety of humans. But the Church loathes them for taking in their former believers/heretics into their fold. It is to no one's surprise that any defecting Apostle is to be hunted down for their Holy Relics and their Stigmata by the Inquisition and the Judas' Order. It doesn't help much that the I.A.C.S.B. stops them from getting into the Magician's Guild at times.
- The Magician's Guild: Their relationship with the I.A.C.S.B. is fairly symbiotic as they provide the personnel and intellect for the I.A.C.S.B.'s technology and understanding for magic. The Guild enjoys protection from the I.A.C.S.B. as they move in to stop the Church from antagonizing them.
- The Martial Forest Coalition: An amicable relationship is experienced between the two factions thanks to their involvement in the Second Great War. There are a number of Ki Artists who are part of the I.A.C.S.B., if only temporary. But this is waht allows them to connect greatly. At the same time it is providing Ki Artists much needed experience in the battlefield to apply their skills. The I.A.C.S.B. works regularly with the Homeless Association with needed intelligence.
- Hybrids/Psychics: They are a protected group under the I.A.C.S.B. Hybrids are at least supposed to be treated with care as there are a number of institutions for them to help control their power and assist in their integration back into human society. A number of them continue to serve the I.A.C.S.B. for their own reasons.

Name: Spiritual Armament Manipulation Contract (Insert Ability Name)
Description: The ability to make use of a Contract between the bearer and the Spiritual Armament. Through this binding agreement, the Contractor has access to the Spirit entity's powers. The degree of such strength relies on how much closer the bearer and the Spiritual entity gets to each other.

Description: The ability to interact and perceive spiritual entities that are present in the physical realm.

Name: Harmony of Souls
Description: The ability to harmonize the energies between multiple Spiritual Armaments. By doing so allows participating Spiritual Armament bearers to synchronize their senses together and pool their Mana supply together. The stats of the participants reflects the person with the most highest rank of this ability. Meaning if the person has S rank of this ability, then all participants have S rank stats and Spiritual Armament abilities/techniques. However, if the leader is taken out, this ability is canceled.

Name: Full Possession
Description: The ability to allow spiritual entities inside Spiritual Armaments to possess more of the wielder's physical vessel and to eke out even more power. This ability allows Spiritual Armament users to take up a temporary powerful form for 5 turns in RP. This form allows a full rank up and + modifier to all stats. Especially a rank up in the Spiritual Armament's spells and techniques only. However, the use of Harmony of Souls is made impossible due to the user now "making its own wavelength". However, once, 5 turns are up, the user turns back to normal. But cannot use their Spiritual Armament's power for the rest of the battle scenario.
